Managing Director

Mr Patrick Ntow

Patrick holds Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology from Strathclyde University, UK and a certificate in Financial Management. He also holds bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting option from Christian Service University College, Ghana. He has worked for private and public sectors in Ghana. He has over thirteen (13) years’ experience in the cocoa marketing industry either at green or developed stage. He coordinated the establishment of Rural Service Centres (RSCs) in Central Twifo and Assin cocoa enclaves of Ghana under the SWISS Government and Solidaridad West Africa. A major focus of his experience is agribusiness, especially in the service marketing domain with the aim to harness full potential in creating economic & social impact on the rural farming communities.
Operations Manager

Mr Hayford Nyankomago Sarfo

A graduate of University of Cape Coast in Commerce, he is responsible for managing day to day cocoa purchases, haulage, and marketing activities of the field. He has 20 years’ experience in the internal cocoa operations. Prior to this engagement, he was the sector manager at Fludor Ghana ltd, where he managed fifteen cocoa districts. He has risen through all the ranks of internal cocoa marketing business as either a Pc, Port manager, district manager, sector manager and now operations manager. He worked with renowned LBCs such as Akuafo Adamfo Marketing ltd, CDH Commodities ltd, and Armajaro Ghana Limited. His motivation is to see Transpurple becoming a leader in the cocoa marketing industry.
Director, Research & Business Development

Kwaku Ahenkora, Ph.D

Dr. Ahenkora is a scientist and a business strategist and holds postgraduate degrees in science and strategic management. He has worked and consulted for the private, public and voluntary sectors, in Ghana and the UK. He has served on the boards of organisations, which benefit from his rich academic and practical experience in strategy, governance and business planning. A major focus of his expertise is bio-business strategy, for businesses in the domains of food and agriculture, bio-sciences, and biopharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, as a scientist with the Crops Research Institute, Ghana, he was the biochemist in the applied research team that developed quality protein maize, Obatanpa. This is the world’s most widely grown quality protein maize, and the work received gold medallion in research from the Canadian government. He has taught in tertiary education institutions in the UK and Ghana, and served as the Dean of the Business Schools of the Christian Service University and Christ Apostolic University Colleges. His involvement in the strategic opportunities in Ghana’s cocoa value chain, led to his recent academic publication, ‘Local consumers’ attitude towards Ghanaian chocolate, and brings the same passion to Transpurple Ghana Ltd.
Sector Coordinator

Mr. Osmanu Amadu

He holds HND in procurement from Accra Technical University. He coordinates operational activities in all the districts and societies under this project. He organizes weekly meetings to evaluate monies advanced, weekly purchases, stocks at depot and balances and curtails shortages at field to ensuring quick turnaround time. Osman has worked with renowned companies such as Bestlink Global Ghana Ltd, Eliho Ghana ltd, Fludor Ghana Ltd as district manager with 50 PCs under his supervision.
